- Total Inspection
Services, LLC documents all employee records for testing, training,
qualification experience, work history and certification are recorded
in the National Registry through the NCCER. The OQ Rule has
mandated that DOT be able to access all certification records for the
pipeline industry. The vehicle that DOT has identified is
ISNetworld. ISNetworld is the manager of the ANR (Automated
National Registry) for NCCER. There are several reporting
functions on ISNetworld which enables TIS to maintain testing results
and generate OQ-1 reports for our Clients.

Certifications
- Following successful
completion of API/NCCER OQ testing, the inspector is now OQ qualified
to perform inspection tasks. The inspector will receive, upon
successful completion, an official transcript, wallet card and letter
from NCCER.
- Operator
Qualification & Certification Center, L.P, (OQCC) is a subsidiary
of Total Inspection Services, LLC. The addition of OQCC is an
asset to the Pipeline Industry.
Please feel free to browse the website at www.oqcc.net. OQCC provides an
avenue for prospective pipeline personnel to assess their knowledge
and skills for future employment. It also allows documentation
for the participant to keep and all training and assessment records
are kept on a National Registry through the NCCER. Clients as
well as DOT can be granted access to these records by becoming a
member of ISNetworld where the registry is maintained.
- OQCC is an NCCER
Accredited Sponsor for Training and Assessments, which offers services
to individuals as well as clients. The assessments that have
been developed by Subject Matter Experts (SME) can be viewed under the
Assessment Subjects link on this page. All assessment/training
deficiencies can be addressed by using The Contren Learning Series
Curricula that was developed by the same SME’s at NCCER and kept in
stock at the OQCC facility located in West Columbia, Texas.

Recruiting
- Prospective
inspectors are invited to submit resumes via fax at 979/345-7348 or
email at jadams@txbs.net
- Resumes are then
reviewed and references verified.
- Each prospective
inspector is then invited for a personal interview at Total Inspection
Services, LLC office in West Columbia, Texas.
- The prospective
inspector then takes the required entry-level API/NCCER assessments
depending on anticipated work scopes.
